Steel Sheets, Plates & Coils:-

We also deal in steel sheets , plates and coils in various thickness according to layers requirements imported and indigenously made.

Sheet metal is metal formed by an industrial process into thin, flat pieces. Sheet metal is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking, and it can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. Countless everyday objects are fabricated from sheet metal. Thicknesses can vary significantly; extremely thin sheets are considered foil or leaf, and pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are considered plate steel or "structural steel".

Sheet metal is available in flat pieces or coiled strips. The coils are formed by running a continuous sheet of metal through a roll slitter.In most of the world, sheet metal thickness is consistently specified in millimeters.

Hot rolled sheet is uncoated and is formed at temperature of 860 degrees Celsius at the mill and is reduced by maintaining the strip temperature. The product thus is derived is termed as “mill finish” referring to surface conditions. The surface has dull grey color with heat. The product produced from the hot rolling process leads to the luster and gold finished surface as is the case with cold rolled sheet.

Cold Rolled Sheets & Pipes:-

Cold rolled is commonly known as the white sheet. The variety of sheet is produced by the cold rolling process. The cold rolled sheet has specific characteristics they are different form the hot rolled steel sheet variety. This sheet has good formability and mechanical properties. Cold rolled sheet serve as a major input in a wide range of industries . Cold rolled sheets are supposed to have good finished surface, high standards of heat treatment and has thinners and better gauges

• High Strength;
• Good magnetic properties;
• High dent resistance;
• Enamel ability;
• Formability.
